Merrill R. Chapman is the managing editor and publisher of Softletter. He is also the author of “In Search of Stupidity: Over 20 Years of High-Tech Marketing Disasters,” (Springer), “SaaS Entrepreneur: The Definitive Guide to Succeeding in Your Cloud Application Business,” “The Product Marketing Handbook for Software,” and “Rule-Set: A Novel of a Quantum Future.” “Selling Steve Jobs’ Liver” is his second novel.
