Brisk Little Stories

Rated 5.00/5 based on 1 reviews
These three shorts are from a pile of numerous stories that I’ve written, which I call my raw story collection. The stories that I have in my raw story collection are the stories I wrote for fun and have since done little to no editing. Many of the stories from my raw story collection will probably never be published. But I guess I should never say never. More

About Ann Crystal

Hello, thank you for wanting to know more about me and my work. My name is Ann Crystal and I am a self-published writer, poet, and crafter who lives in the City of Angels (Los Angeles, California).

From the time I could pick up a writing instrument I was writing...technically...since only my childhood mind could understand what it was that I was putting to paper. I am sure that those early stories amused me and that they were filled with the things of fairy tales.

Today, I have a mind cluttered with characters and their stories that are eager to be written about and drawn. Many of my works are centered on the genres of fantasy and supernatural, and you will find elements of environmental awareness and sometimes religious highlights from my Catholic upbringing.

I am a fourth-generation Californian, with a maternal lineage from the Tohono O'odham and Yaqui Natives of Arizona.

Review by: FlemSnopes on Dec. 9, 2015 :
Small stories, but clever. The first is a wicked little twist on zombies. The second about a disappointed hit man. The third is a study on perception and murder.
The characterizations, point of view of the narrators, and plotting are all good. Higher quality than most of the writing offered for free.
