I thought Never Grow Up was an okay book. The writing was okay. The story was okay. I thought the dialogue and the main character’s thoughts were a bit unrealistic and she seemed a bit juvenile. Her decision making skills were off, especially in the beginning. Her mind was completely made in a matter of seconds and completely unmade a few later. And it’s a short book that just felt rushed. I think it would have been better if it was a bit longer and the story had more time to unfold. Also, the author used apostrophes instead of quotation marks. Overall though, it was a decent quick read.
