Father, husband, lawyer, entrepreneur and writer. Will grew up on a wine farm in the Western Cape in South Africa. He studied at the University of Stellenbosch, obtaining a B.Comm, LLB and LLM (cum laude) degrees. Will started out as a young attorney in the Boland town of Worcester.
Since then, he worked as a advocate at the Cape Bar and is currently working as a barrister at the Queensland Bar Association in Brisbane, Australia.

A most welcome book. Some of the wisdom it contains is no doubt attributable to the author's considerable legal experience. Some is common sense.
The reason why so many attorneys and lawyers have work, however, is because common sense is not so common!
