About the Series: Children Of Ankh
She's a batshit feral hitwoman for a clan of immortals, and sometimes just a girl in love with a boy destined to be her Handler. The only thing standing between them is cannibalism and intimacy induced amnesia.

This is the first book in a side story series from the Children of Ankh main series. To get the most of this book definitely suggest reading the main series first. In the main series one of main characters is Kayn, but we also know a bit about Lexy. In this first book of this side series we get to learn how Lexy came to be a dragon of clan Ankh. What was her childhood like? A very disturbing yet extremely interesting story to better understand where she came from and how she overcame extreme diversity. Like the main series, you can't put this book down. I had to continue to the 2nd book in this series before coming back to write reviews. Definitely a very good read and can't wait for more.
