I just red that little book twice! Absolutely brilliant I have to say. Short, smart, no nonsense and empty words. Also I like the style very much, easy to reed, wonderful explanation, quite educational and inspiring at the end of the day.
Some of the things I knew already, but after reading the book I have got the full picture and I'm definitely going to recommend that book to all of my friends. Also, as I run female fitness classes, I will do some changes in my training routine, using author's recommendations, so the whole class will get weight loss benefit:)

Very useful stuff ! I was left speechless by the amount of information and different subjects it covers. I'm starting to look at the medic/pharma industry in a whole new way now and I recommend this book to everyone willing to take their lives into their own hands.
