About Jasmine Shea Townsend

Hello, lovely people.

I'm here because writing pretty much took over my life.

I graduated high school in 2010, received a BA in creative writing in 2013, and got my MA in literature in 2015.

I like foreign languages and all things Japanese. I'm a vegetarian, a ballroom dancer, a video game player, a newbie programmer, an atheist, and - for better or worse - an Ohioan.

Very good for such a short story. Effectively it's a brief scene that is rather horrific in its own right but which also eludes to a much greater horror which is left to the reader's imagination.

This short tale started so well, I loved the descriptions and the real sense of dread unfolding through the journey but then it just sort of stopped ... there was no conclusion. I was disappointed especially as it almost had an end and felt like the last two sentences had been missed off.
