About the Series: The Librarians
This is a series about people who work at libraries. I used to work at one, so I write about my experiences in a library located in a busy civic center next to the courthouse where a large population of homeless people set us camp outside in the bushes and spend most of the days in the library hanging out. Isabella Forshey, the librarian in 3 of these books, falls in love with a detective she meets at a mystery dinner theater. They marry in New Orleans. When he dies unexpectedly, she deals with his death by going to Europe with her best friend, another librarian. "Watchin' the Detective: A Mystery Dinner Romance" is a romantic comedy that's a little racy, but I hope everybody will like it. All of the books in the series can be enjoyed as standalone stories.

By the way, that's my niece posing on the cover of Death Among the Stacks: the Body in the Law Library.
