A woman that goes halfway across the world to meet the man of her dreams and walks straight into a scam, she and other women are subjected to rape, beatings and slavery. She is rescued by Paul who she falls for but after all she's been through really?? We know the camp was reported to police but that's where it ends. What happened to the men? what happened to the other women? What happened at the trial? Paul and Maureen get involved with a refuge centre which is great but come on give us some emotion...would have been a great book as the story is there but seems the writer gave up and rushed it through
