Hello! I'm Adriel Vigo, thank you so much for coming to check out my author page! Writing mainly satire I've covered topics including religious hypocrisy, suicide, philosophical topics, borderline science fiction and others.
But I mean, who hasn't right? A world of 7 billion people for thousands of years, something is about to get repetitive after a while. What makes me different? Honestly I'm not sure; but here’s an overview of what I write: I like to write about topics that might provide some clarity to someone, cause someone to think about something differently; and show them they're not alone in doing so. Question something about themselves or what they might have believed; and maybe provide comfort or encouragement for those less than fun moments in life. With that in mind, before the lovely internet gets offended, I am by no means claiming to be proficient or entirely knowledgeable on anything I write about. Do I know everything? No. When I write it's simply just one person's opinion or observation for that one moment in time. Also, my one opinion is not expected to speak for everyone’s opinion or experiences. I can't guarantee you'll like everything I write about; but I did! However, I am slightly biased.
All of my books follow certain themes, with those themes corresponding to various nonprofits or organizations. From each book sold, a portion of the profits go to support an organization dealing with those themes from that book. So far the charities to donate to include: The American Civil Liberties Union, Planned Parenthood and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
From time to time I do shows for my books. Music, high energy entertainment, and humor are involved. Stay tuned for details about a show near you if interested.
If you enjoy Shakespeare, Charles Dickens (Insert other stereotypical authors), beautiful pretentious poetry, and other forms of 'high class' literature, you'll find my work moderately offensive.
I hope you enjoy the works of a mediocre at best author.
