I am a person in recovery and yoga teacher. I teach people in recovery in various venues - from jails to studios. I present workshops on various subjects relating to yoga and recovery, lead S.O.A.R.™ teacher certification courses and work closely with Nikki Myers, 500 ERYT and the Yoga of 12 Step Recovery trainings and classes. I have a great family life and stay close to my recovery principles.
