The founder and editor of scratch, a quarterly literary contest and anthology, Linda's award-winning short stories and essays can be found in Skirt! Linda attended the Southampton Writer’s Workshop on a full scholarship where she studied with Amy Hempel.
While her Savannah-based novel, We’re Not Waving, We’re Drowning and her contemporary detective novel, 3 Women Walk into a Bar, are being shopped by Josh Getzler of Russell & Volkening, Linda keeps busy with a venture into non-fiction, a photo essay book on the modern truck driver.
Meeting truckers and hearing their stories spawned a mystery series revolving around a tenacious female trucker from Louisiana named Jojo Boudreaux. Books coming soon.
