Teresa's Garden is a refreshing story with Christian values. When a small group of children seeks protection from dangerous street violence, they are invited into the secured garden of Mother Teresa. Through quiet contemplation, the children are inspired to seek the meaning of love, charity, and finally service to others. While written for readers at the middle school level, it can also be enjoyed by younger and older children. During the giving season of Thanksgiving and Christmas, this is a book that will delight the family.
