Adela is the author of The Happy Manager: How to Make Your Team Happy and Increase Productivity. Unlike other management books, The Happy Manager focuses on taking action, and provides information and techniques that can be immediately implemented.

Adela considers herself a happy manager. She finds fulfillment in leading a small company where she has a variety of responsibilities, including the business strategy, marketing, human resources and finance. She has led a team of forty employees in a successful educational institution in the last six years. She says she’s a happy manager because she can fully rely on her employees, and trust them to make good decisions.

In the Happy Manager, she shares her ideas on how to manage people to be independent, loyal and motivated so you achieve more and have time for your personal life as well.

Adela is a writer, manager, and entrepreneur. Born and raised in the Slovak Republic, she now lives in the Czech Republic. When not writing, she likes to read, exercise and explore different parts of the world.

It doesn't get any better than getting first-hand information from a real expert. The way that The Happy Manager is laid out is a clear indicator that the author knows what she's talking about because it entails everything that you will have learned (benefits) in a list of specific how-to's. Hiring the right people from the start, Strategies for communicating more effectively with your employees, motivation tips and tricks, fostering teamwork, and teaching workers how to have a mindset which encourages them to perform independently are just a few of the key topics covered. As an Entrepreneur myself, what I liked most about the book are the case studies and free checklists that are also provided in the book. Author Adela Masarykova outdid herself in a read that was created to deliver the type of results that will allow a top level manager to lead like a boss without actually being in the office 24-7, 365. I highly recommend.

By following these helpful and knowledgeable tips you can learn how to improve your hiring practices to better ensure the quality of your employees and develop effective strategies for motivating and better understanding your employees. An invaluable tool and a great read !
