Love the way this book is written. Does a good job of conveying the concerns of the citizens after the event and giving you a glimpse of the daily lives of the citizens in their different trades.
I was surprised at the stuff I was realizing along the way about the new world (given that you know they're all dead letters.) Outstanding job!
The only reason this book doesn't get 5-stars is because it's a bit short at 114 pages and, given that most letters are fairly long, (very nice detail, BTW,) there aren't as many letters as you might expect. Would've loved to stay in this story for longer.
Hope there'll be more from this author, I'll be watching for it.
