About Jason Golden

If you want to know more about me, it's pretty simple. I began writing as a joke between my wife and I, which quickly evolved into much more. It became my passion and escape from the mundaneness of everyday life. I have been incredibly blessed with a beautiful wife, family, and the world's most amazing son, Mr. Wussy Goldberg (a cat).

I am a big dreamer and believe we all are deep down, we just have to find our true purpose in life. That is what brought me to this point. I spent the last three years in Hawaii, but now I live in St. Louis with my beautiful wife Emily (and Mr. Wuss of course). And other than that, there are a few other things I think you should know:

#1: I am an avid fly fisherman. There is nothing I love more than standing in the midst of a river waving a twig at a fish. It is an art that has taught me so much about patience, beauty, and life in general. If you ever want to go, just let me know!

#2: I love a good story. This is something I have come to appreciate just recently in life, when I began trying to write a better one for my life. When I am not behind the keyboard, or in a trout stream, you will find me deep in the pages of a good story. below are a few books I recommend:

-A Million Miles in a Thousand Years- Donald Miller -Beat the Street- Peter Lynch

-Love Does- Bob Goff -Blue Like Jazz- Donald Miller -The Screwtape Letters- C.S. Lewis

-Scary Close- Donald Miller
