About Marta Rivera Morado

Marta is a native of the Rio Grande Valley in far South Texas. A second generation Texan, she grew up in a migrant family traveling across the United States to work in the fields. The eldest of nine children, she graduated from Mercedes High School (home of the Fighting Tigers) in 1976. Once she graduated, she boldly looked for ways to get out of the economically-strained Rio Grande Valley. Finally settling down in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area of North Texas in 1984, she found herself at home. Although raising her three daughters by herself was a struggle, her desire to be more than a government statistic is what empowered her to become the courageous woman she is today.

Gripping. Entertaining. Mysterious.

I enjoyed every one of the special stories in “Paranormal Eye Witness.” Marta Rivera-Morado tells her life stories as though she were sitting across the kitchen table with you as she opens her heart and life for you to see. Her style is smooth, flowing and descriptive, so that you feel you are with her while the many suspenseful and surprising adventures unfold. It is a joy to read and experience these events with the author.

I genuinely enjoyed this book. Among the stories of unexplained phenomena throughout her life, I found myself stepping into her childhood and growing up with her. There are scary memories and others that will touch your heart. Her determination is inspiring.
