About L.R. Pautauros

I have been a Registered Nurse for over 25 years. Most of my younger career was as an Emergency Room nurse, however eventually branched out into teaching in a nursing program, and then Correctional Nursing. My roles have been diverse ranging from staff nurse, to educator, to manager/administrator. Throughout my career, I have experienced many good situations and people, and some very bad situations and people, all have impacted my life more than education alone ever could. My Christian "life" began when I was very young, however it is more profound and appreciated largely due to the many experiences (personally and professionally) and the people I have met and cared for over the years.

I am married with 3 children and currently live in South Florida. I enjoy spending time with my family, nature, traveling, and my "time" with God.

What a wonderful, inspirational book. I didn't know what to expect...Was this going to be a book about religion, or all about technical nursing experiences? It was neither! It is a book written with candor and warmth, in a conversational tone. It made me feel as if I was sitting having a cup of coffee with the author in some quaint sidewalk cafe... Yes, it is that comfortable to read! And each chapter leaves you pondering and evaluating so many different aspects of life.
Read it!! And then read it again...
