About Gerry MacOstair

Gerry MacOstair is an Austrian independent author and publisher. Having fallen hopelessly in love with the written word at a very young age (at around 5) and taken a strong interest in politics shortly thereafter (at around 8), he never quite recovered from either. Growing up during the political unrest of the 1970s and 1980s in a country encircled by powers stubbornly adhering to utterly contradicting ideologies didn’t help his case, either. “They Made Me Say It” is not Gerry’s first published book, but it is his debut as an utterly independent production.
