This book is a well-written resource for those interested in learning about the whys and hows of going gluten-free. It is succinct and easy to read, with seven basic facts that are drawn from extensive research and the author's personal experience. After outlining her advice, the author offers solutions to going gluten-free.

This is a wonderful source of remedy and hope to anyone with chronic heath problems. Well written and easy to understand, especially to those who are new to nutritional concepts such as disbiosis, glycemic index, cross reactivity and paleo, it is also well documented and researched. The author speaks from her extensive research as well as her own experience. She is not dogmatic in her pronouncements, but rather gently gives the reader dietary suggestions and options. There are links throughout the book to related articles and to her website "Stuffed Pepper" where she sells for a very nominal charge recipes and meal plans which follow the advice she gives.
