My Life As A Gay Man's Girlfriend
"I'm not straight but, my girlfriend is." More
“My Life as a Gay Man’s Girlfriend” is an ensemble comedy. The show is designed to bring comedy relief to viewers each week. The characters on the show are realistic, loveable, and humorous. Written by (author, educator, and self proclaimed "fag hag") S.K. O'Neil this is based on her real life experiences as a "gay man's girl". The pilot script is LOL funny.
“Gay Men Really Do Have Girlfriend’s” just not in the traditional sense that everyone thinks, the emotional sense. The show will explore these relationships to the fullest. Jennifer Reid is 20-something single female who moves to Seattle, from Dallas after being stood up at the-alter by her fiancé for another man in the pilot episode. She comes to stay with her best friend from high school Jim Roberts. When she arrives she has no idea that Jim himself is gay. Shortly after arriving in Seattle and getting a job and new lease on life, the dotcom company she goes to work for closes. Jennifer is too proud to go home to her wealthy parents. So, she gets a job managing a lingerie boutique with an eccentric owner, who is always looking for Mr. Right Now.
