Ruby wants to dislike Caden, but there is too much chemistry between them. She strikes a bargain with Dylan, the Power Walker from the first novel in the series, and has to follow through, even though things don't look good for her. I'm glad there is enough spice in the book to please older readers, even though its meant for young adults. I've enjoyed reading the series so far.

Good "escape from reality" reading. This is my first book from this author and it won't be the last.

This was a good follow-on to the first novel in the series, Aspen and the Dream Walkers. Caden is hunky Water Walker, and he gives Ruby a hard time initially. Ruby did treat Aspen badly in the first book, so I felt the ribbing she received was justified, until I read the opening twist in the tale. After a few more twists, I was hooked. The story includes some new characters and clans for future episodes, which leaves me eagerly awaiting the next book. A very likeable series.

Great, fast-paced read with interesting plot. Although the book is part of a series, it can be read as a standalone. I look forward to the next in the series.
