Nice short read. It brings together all I have learned from many other sources. I don't know if I will ever grasp "frequency 4". I got to meet Gene, he is a wonderful, charming person. Lori

This book is an great synopsis practical advice and spiritual concepts rolled together. It's easy to understand, fun to read, and the chapters are self-contained so you don't feel the need to read it all at once. As the author says, nothing really new here, just a good summary and witty presentation. Highly recommended if you like books by Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, Ekhart Tolle, etc.
