About Isaac Cubillos

Isaac Cubillos has covered the military for more than 19 years as a reporter and editor. He has won several journalism awards, including a chapter award of the Society of Professional Journalists for his series of articles on the D-Day invasion of the Normandy beaches by soldiers of Hispanic origin.

He is a member of the board of directors of the Military Reporters and Editors Association. He also is a member of the Society of Professional Journalists, National Association of Hispanic Journalists, Society of Military History, AFCEA International (Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association), Online News Association.
