About Manu

Manoj Asok Kumar (Manu), our Director is a qualified Psychotherapist and a Yoga Therapist. He is registered with Rehabilitation Council of India.
Manu holds a Master's degree and a Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy. He also holds certifications in "Yoga and Vedanta" from all major Yoga institutes (Bihar School, Sivananda Rishikesh, Kaivalyadhama Pune, and SVyasa Bangalore) across India. He is trained as a Yoga Therapist at Arogyadhama (Yoga Hospital) Bangalore. He is continuing his studies and research on Yoga and Indian Psychology. He holds certifications in "Neuro Linguistic Programming" (NLP), Hypnotherapy and Pranic Psychotherapy. His expertise also contains "Accelerated Learning Techniques" and "Management of Learning Disabilities".

Manu has 20 years of experience in Multi-national companies, mostly in Information Technology industry including Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro Technologies & Computer Sciences Corporation. In those companies his experience was in Consulting, Pre-sales and sales support. As part of the work, he has lived, worked and travelled in 18 countries and has exposure to the business environment and culture of those countries. Manu is currently traveling in India and internationally to conduct workshops.
