About Kay Edwards

I am a country girl. I grew up along the Susquehanna River in central PA. I am a Christian and not ashamed of it. I have four children and an awesome (according to him) husband. I believe that Christ must be first, family second and everything else as God sees fit to lead you. I absolutely love a great love story and have written many just for fun. After introducing some friends to my writing, I have been encouraged to publish. I will find a way to always put a twist of humor in everything I write, because that is who I am. If it comes into my mind it is usually out of my mouth, which has put me in some absolutely hysterical situations. I look forward to sharing work with people and hope you all enjoy.

The last book in the series,... What a great family Kay you had come up with, the fellowships after church, the willingness of them to share one another their openness that led to many to be drawn to Christ.....great job Kay,...especially how you remind us through Jody and the men that thinking you are in control is only but an illusion coz the one in control ultimately is our Lord......the book title summarised it soo well....after all the storms in their way, finally everyone is indeed blessed at the end....

I will forever miss this family.

I just wanted to let this author know, I love her work. The take on racism, was spot on. It sheds light on the fact that all colors have issues with judging based on ones outside appearance. Loved Jody!!!!

Love is kind, Love is patient and in this book it is explained that Love does not create boundaries because of skin tone. Jody and Noah are drawn together irrespective of their physical differences. They both fall in love with their inner selves and when obstacles arise to pull them apart, amazingly their love just pulls them even closer. It tells me a love anchored in Christ stands strong. I fell in love with this series, Helen, Tiffany and Jody not forgetting Logan, Toby and Noah.

Kay Edwards created a family not characters, it's easy to understand their pains grow with them on their journey with a dose of humor that reminds you life shouldn't be all gloom. Thank you Kay Edwards for sharing your gift
