Review by: S Willett on Jan. 13, 2016 :
Polaris, leader of a herd of unicorns, is summoned by Saul, chief of the dinosaurs. Polaris takes his son, Azaria, and his young friend, Gaelan, to the distant land of the dinosaurs. There they are introduced to a young long neck that can see the future. He tells them of coming changes and warns of the two-legged creature.

They don’t understand, but watch for the signs. The first sign comes quickly changing their world in an instant. At first they think the Sun fell from the sky, but Earth recovers. The unicorns have many trials and lessons in this mid-grade book. It is a delightful story for girls or boys.
