The third Larson and Garrett

Lol. Garrett shows up in this one, like out of the blue. Larson is in a bar, and he's an adult now. His mentor dies on a mission, so Larson goes into a depression, but then he meets Garrett, and the two go off to fight some goblins for some elves, however, I must admit, I was thrown for a loop.
This is weird fantasy like it almost pokes fun at the fantasy genre. It reminded of something like Hercules or Xena. It's fantasy, but like sometimes silly.
Overall, the story seems to revolve around Larson looking for his family, but at the same time, he wants to do good and right, so he teams up with Garrett, who appears a bit shady, and together, they team up with some elves to fight the goblins who have an evil sorcerer, and then all heck breaks loose.
In the end, it's hinted that there is so much more going on. The story keeps talking about how people don't believe in monsters anymore, but there are monsters everywhere, so it also gets real philosophical. It's really cool.
