My childhood was spent living in the Capital District of the state of New York. I graduated from Colonie Central High School (CCHS) and attended SUNY Buffalo for two years. My professional career was spent in state government where I worked at the State University of New York's Central Administration and then for the Department of State.
Retiring after some 35 years of public service, I learned how to live without the obligation of a 9-5 job and then traveled the world with my husband, Robert. Today we have settled into life in The Villages, in Central Florida. I enjoy quilting, writing, and learning an array of artful skills and crafts.
