I couldn't stop reading, the information was so good! The author has a great flare for making it easy to read, understand & be entertaining at the same time, a combination not usually found in medical/ scienctific literature. I highly recommend this book as I believe the info he shared on how to change your gut bacterial makeup will finally help me get rid of my Chronic diarrhea & give me relief as my other doctors have been unable to help me get well after a whole year & many tests. I can't wait to give this book to my family to help with their health issues.
I thought I was pretty knowledgeable about nutrition & eating healthy as I've been researching the latest info for years, but Dr. Maloney took me to another whole level here & I can't thank him enough for his research & sharing. He also answered my email within a couple hours of contacting him & took the time to give me some great insight into my problem on a personal level. Who does that these days? I was so impressed with his caring & knowledge!
