Excellent book! I found that "Eat, Drink and Be Rested" is amazing as it's so full of information on how to... well, eat, drink and be rested! When I stopped smoking, I started having sleep problems. I wake up and can't get back to sleep. I've come across some of the remedies in this book already and got some help. But there is so much more I can do to ensure I get a good night's sleep. Thanks, Meridith, for a great book! Valuable in so many ways!

As a lifelong sufferer of insomnia I have found a book of hope. "Eat, Drink and Be Rested" has not only added to the remedies I need to have on hand, but has organized them all in an easily searchable book. The author's humorous asides make for pleasant reading as well. I am glad to have this as a resource and I would proudly give it as a gift.
