About Merle Temple

Merle Temple is the author of A Ghostly Shade of Pale and the sequel, A Rented World. Both are written as fiction but drawn from his experiences as an agent for the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics, a security manager for the Bell System, a corporate public relations manager and lobbyist, and a manager in political campaigns. He signed his first book for Criminal Minds in Hollywood, did radio and TV interviews there, and had dinner with major movie producers. His first book was chosen by a college in MS. as required reading for all English students, and both books were picked up by Kroger grocery stores. A screenplay is underway in Hollywood on A Ghostly Shade of Pale, and it will be shared with Morgan Freeman, who Merle had dinner with.
