About Ken Maxwell

Ken Maxwell
Ken Maxwell is a special educator, psychologist, and educational advocate, who has worked extensively, for more than forty years, with students who have learning disabilities. In this time he has helped parents successfully negotiate for the services needed to help their children succeed, and he has learned an abiding truth: a parent can be their child’s best advocate.
Ken lives in Agawam, Massachusetts, and has four children and ten grandchildren. He loves to read nonfiction, especially in the areas of psychology and spirituality. He’s a fan of the New England Patriots, U Conn women’s basketball, and premier events in tennis, golf, track and field, skiing, and swimming.
