Very difficult to read, the story desperately needs proofreading. Overall storyline is good, but it is choppy in places and the ending seems forced and quick.

Wonderful story! I loved the topics it included like crime, religion, politics, business, family, coming out/being gay, lies and deceit, etc. I did notice grammatical errors, but once you look past them, the story was very entertaining and just the right length for a short story.

George, I am not bitter, just disappointed when a writer doesn’t take the time to proofread his or her work before posting. Self-editing is very difficult, as I well know, but there seems to have been no attempt made here. If you and David are willing to accept such sloppy writing, then that’s your choice. You will find a lot of it here in Smashwords.

It is unfortunate that the writer doesn’t have a better grasp of English. There are so many errors throughout this posting that it is difficult to read.
