This is a well researched book. It goes through a careful plan to provide last research on all aspects of aging. It even provides sound refutation to popular myths about what constitute good nutrition that helps longevity.
I really appreciate the whole, panoramic description of all important factors of an integral approach to longevity, and the intelligent discussion of all the topics included. It merits a second or third lecture, and having this book as a valuable resource to plan for having tour best life years according to science.

This is a book for anybody interested in good health and living longer. The focus is on good health optimization (rather than weight loss) and on specific strategies for staying healthy and extending your life. I like the fact that the author tells it like it is using non-technical language and with no text-padding. Other longevity books are filled with irrelevant historical and socio-economic data just to fill pages. This book is a total revelation that makes you realize you've been doing things wrong and that there are simple things you can start doing straight away that can make big difference to your health and well-being. I'm so glad I came across this book.
