About Alana Melos

ALANA MELOS is a struggling author who found out writing erotica gave her much more freedom in writing than when she wrote the "serious" literary stuff. Since this discovery, she's endeavored to write the very best interesting, weird, plot-driven, and hot erotica she can. She sincerely hopes to just entertain people, whether they read for the plot, the weird factor, or the racy factor. Along with her loving husband, she lives with a crazy cat.

Awesome and sexy. This and the first.

I liked the dirty parts just fine, but what I like best about this story is that it's not _all_ dirty parts -- it's a not-bad "trying to get back to our home dimension" sort of tale with a protracted (and explicit) sex scene in the middle of it. I have the sense Melos has a much better grounding in legends of Fae than her characters. I'll keep an eye out for the next installment.

Read this around 5 in the morning (before sleeping). Given the unsual set up, I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it - and stayed up to finish it. Not for people who shy away from graphic language. ;-)
