I downloaded this book quite a while ago and have only now, finally got around to reading it and I'm very glad I did. I will confess to not knowing much about Gandhi, except what propaganda has been fed to us but this short tome makes me want to explore a bit further. Written in an easy to read, spare style, the author explores her own feelings for Gandhi, before and after her own awakening to him. Offering quotes of the man's own writings and her own observations (after reading 49000 words of his own volumes!!) the writer makes a lucid case for her subject but also encourages you to come to your own conclusions, with your own reading. Highly recommended.
