About Mary Margaret Branning

Mary Branning is in the process of realizing her passion for storytelling. Her education is in Horticulture (Orchard Management), Agriculture Biology (Pest Control), and Criminal Justice. She uses these backgrounds to create, inform, and guide her characters, their behaviors, and their challenges.

An unfortunate or perhaps fortunate car accident in 2002 ended her career attempts, but provided the time necessary to develop storylines.

Ms. Branning currently resides in Arizona, spending most of her time trying to keep her three ambitious cats from upsetting the neighbors. She enjoys pencil drawing, jewelry making, and tapestry weaving, and collects hand-made area rugs.

I had really high hopes for this work, the title and intro sound like potential for a great story.

Then I read the first 5% of it

"My job sucks"
"I can leave anytime I want"
"My job sucks"
"I can leave anytime I want"
"My job sucks"

I had to leave the story, could not stand one more sentence about how bad her job is, and she can leave any time....

I can't believe no one has reviewed this yet. This books is a masterpiece! For fans of Farmer's Riverworld, you will find a bit of that influence there, but the author takes it much further. And it will keep you turning pages as you just don't know what is going to happen next. Bravo!
