Intriguing premise, but a confusing little story at first. I had to read it a second time to get a better understanding of what the author was trying to relate.
It would be very nice to live in a world without racism, but unless all the old bigots die out and the concept of racial inequality dies with them, I doubt this world will ever be free of racism. And no matter what it may be, I think people will just find another excuse to hate one another.
As for the story, in my second perusal, I approached it from a poetic stance and it made more sense to me. A nice little read.
