Think of this book as a sermon or advice. It's not rambling if it is someone's opinion or belief.
"We are not perfect, because we are physical human beings, in the flesh" - I think this is a useful quote whether or not one is religious. It's quite uplifting. The reason I omit the end of that quote here is because sins are subject to beliefs, morals, and basic human rights.
Formatting: I think the 'basic' formatting is perfect for this.
