About K. Weikel

K. Weikel uses her three-dimensional characters to tell stories of life and adventure and magic. She's been writing since she could hold a pencil, and creating worlds to fall in love with even longer than that, putting on plays and concerts for her family with her cousins and sibling, and even reading her stories aloud to the class in elementary school.

Weikel pushes her brain to its limits and beyond with her mind-bending stories and the epic forces of nature held between pages and laced across words. She doesn't write pointless tales to entertain, but she writes stories of life and lessons, and she yearns for her readers to learn something through another's eyes. "Foolishness brings joy to one without sense, but a man with understanding walks a straight path."

The One-Hundred won the Wattys Award in 2015 and has reached over two million reads, and grows more and more each day. Weikel has also won the 2017 Writers Awards for Building Monsters. She is currently working onher new series "Replay" and the second book in the Stop; Go Duology. She has written a total of 36 books. To learn more, visit her website:

I don't usually review a book , but I feel I must comment on this series... I paid good money for the worst piece of work I have ever read! The plot would have been really good if it had been written by someone who could write with any kind of clarity. It was so muddled , You could not follow what was going on at any given time , it was so poorly explained. Like how did his former girl friend end up in the water? How come no one never did a thing about Tamir being thrown over a cliff? Sorry about being so harsh , but i feel if you don't know the truth , you will never improve . I will not be suggesting someone buy this .. a five year old would write and develop a better story.
