About Mike White

I'm going to try to throw as much wacky science fiction/fantasy, and non-fiction comedy at you as you can handle. I'll have more books coming really soon in the Blood Calls You Back Series and the world of Reality Zero.

After a long delay to get my ducks in a row, they are finally coming now. Especially books from my world "Newcomer."

I love helping out other writers who have their own great stories to share, and I'm a prolific reader and reviewer.

About the Series: The World of Newcomer
World of newcomer is a series taht is vastly time-spanning, going literally from at least the Neolithic to the far future. From a certain point of view, it spans both the beginning and the end of time.

The world concerns a war between two intelligences both capable of time travel, and that various people both calls gods.

This is certainly an intriguing flash fiction piece that holds the attention throughout, and interests the reader in continuing to the next instalments.

Flash fiction--a neat idea, and the author certainly gets off to an intriguing start with Newcomer. I'll be moving directly to part two.

Ok, now I'm hooked and want only to find out what will happen next. This thing could go in many different directions, either the character has been abducted by aliens, in a post apocalypse nightmare or who knows what. Only way to find out is to read the next episode.

A nice spare and economical writing style, which communicates the sense of a person waking up and not knowing who they are; indeed where they are, and the purpose of their body and place, in the world. .

Well this book really makes you think about what is going to happen next. I'm still trying to figure out what she was in and where she was. I'm thinking maybe on an alien space ship. Well I guess I will have to wait until the next part of the book!!! Loved it!!

Okay, I first read this in the waiting room at the Doctors office. Then after seeing the reviews, I proofread it three times very slowly. I could not find where Cali's name changes to "Ran". But I found a typo which I won't mention here. Attempted to E-Mail Mike White at the Address he posted, only to recieve a Daemon Mail Return. Twitter doesn't even come into question for me, for I'm not a bird! (-:
Trotzdem: Liked it a lot!

This is freaky and dreamlike. Makes we wonder what is going on. Is she captures by aliens, in a coma, is this an alternate reality? More questions than answers at this point. Looking forward to the next installment.

Interesting start. Will wait to see how it progresses.

One possible error: In the first paragraph, the character's name is "Cali." In the second paragraph it changes to "Ran." Then it goes back to being "Cali." I chalked it down to a typo.
