The relationships between characters are intense, gripping, and sometimes devastating. The story takes me through a roller coaster of emotions. I feel deep empathy for Gabriel, Morgan, Sky and Bastian.
I'm enjoying this series. It's great to see all the key characters come together in this book. The women are powerful, but I'm particularly enjoying the refreshing and unique take on male characters. Really great.
