Wayfearer

Rated 1.50/5 based on 2 reviews
Wayfearer is a science-fiction short story of awe and unease. Set in a rich alien world, the story follows a brief adventure of the mapmaker Ihroza and his apprentice Ghom. The world humanity has found it is resists such patently human attempts at understanding however. The hills move and no journey is ever the same twice. How does one draw maps of such a place?

Not bad, but not good either. Has plausibility issues.

I am not sure a green sun can shine down on blue grass, or what makes that a good opening image.

Not very good writing. The story has potential, but that potential didn't hardly make it onto the pages.
