Review by: James Jenkins on Sep. 7, 2018 :
I read 28% before putting this down. I have recently completed and enjoyed the first book, but this one is not doing it for me.

Sarah is the only one who contributes meaningfully to challenges that exist. It is fine she is supposed to be the hero, but....

There are long, boring historical monologues, stuff I either know from already reading or I just plain don't care about.

Feels like there is one books worth of plot left in the story and the author is trying to stretch it out into 5 more books.
