About Efim Cheinis and Nicholas Marlin

Efim Cheinis, PhD, worked as a scientist in Saint Petersburg (Russia) and immigrated to Canada 20 years ago. After gaining Canadian experience, Efim worked as a self-employed consultant and free-lance writer and has published two books: Work in Canada. The features of Canadian Job Market, (Moscow 2001) and How to Find a Job in Canada. Common Problems and Effective Solutions, in co-authorship with Dale Sproule (Toronto 2008). He is a Canadian citizen and a member of the Writers' Union of Canada.

Nicholas Marlin, graduated in 2005 from the Carleton University of Ottawa, Ontario with Bachelor of Arts, Honours in Political Science with a Concentration in International Relations. From 2005-2009 Nicholas worked abroad as an English as a Second Language teacher. After returning to Canada he obtained a TESL certificate and delivered full-day seminars for other ESL teachers. Receiving his Immigration Consultant Diploma in 2014, Nicholas is familiar with all aspects of immigration law and the impact of the immigration process on newcomers to Canada. He is currently an HR professional living and working in Toronto.
