About Samuel Tummala

Samuel Tummala hails from the great nation of India. He has been married for 8 years now and is the proud father of two beautiful girls. He accepted Christ as his personal savior in 1998 and calls his spiritual journey, ‘interesting’. After the completion of his formal studies in theology, he realized that just a functional knowledge of the Bible was not going to be sufficient if Christ was to be effectively presented in the marketplace. There was a need for not just a technical but also the historical and traditional understanding of the Bible. He realized that this was the only way to fully understand, interpret and appreciate the Bible truly, as it was meant to be. This became the impetus for all his future efforts to learn more from the Bible.

The author has spent much time in learning the doctrines of other faiths (including atheism). He regularly engages in debates around the issues of faith and Christian doctrine on Twitter. He also regularly publishes articles to his Facebook and Blogger accounts.

Apart from writing and reading, his other favorite activities are watching movies and listening to retro metal and rock. His favorite authors are C.S. Lewis, Jonathan Edwards, John Stott, Ravi Zacharias, R.C Sprou, John MacArthur, J.l Packer, A.W Pink and Timothy J Keller. His all-time favorite movie is The Shawshank Redemption and in music he is a big fan of the famous late 70’s band, Whitesnake.

Interesting...you will find out that the God of the bible is full of grace and love. to the point on the purpose of the book, no deviation. Logical, Cognitive and Informative . Challenges each believer to read the bible in the context. Also the need for every God loving person to study the scripture for themselves applying the principles of interpretation. Know the word in its entire context.
