About Joel Landau

Staring from October 2013 until September 2015, Joel Landau was part of the New York Daily News staff, reporting on original pieces and one of kind stories, mostly focused on YouTube and viral online videos. For over two years, this acclaimed reporter presented the wide audience with interesting, and unique pieces from the internet, investing a lot of time and effort in order to find the best ones. Using social media to reach people and promote stories in the community, as well as writing weekly columns has been a long-time interest of his.

Before working at the New York Daily News, for over two years, Joel Landau reported and covered stories for the Press of Atlantic City, meeting his daily and long-range deadlines, covering stories on breaking news, enterprise, real estate and other news from the region. Overcoming every challenge that comes with being a newspaper staff writer, his longest engagement was at The Daily Journal where he successfully wrote and reported on stories for over five years.

Joel Landau studied at the State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick, from where he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government. But even before graduating he was able to land a paid position at the National Law Journal where he gained some of that much needed experience and acquired in-depth knowledge. Throughout his rich career, he has covered thousands of unique stories from every corner of the world, and he shows no signs of slowing down for now.
