A lifelong hobbyist, I've have been producing poems and stories as a sideline for nearly fifty years. During that time my stories and poems have appeared on occasion in small press reviews and various local publications.
Meanwhile, I attended college at the University of New Mexico and San Francisco State University and worked as a retail clerk, bicycle mechanic, carpenter's helper, janitor, teacher's aid, gallery clerk, car rental agent and garage man, cashier/bookkeeper, assistant editor, typesetter and graphic artist, proofreader/copy editor, ad salesman, public relations specialist, rental property owner/manager, office machine/software salesman. Then, at the ripe old age of fifty, I went back to school at the College of Santa Fe to become a high school English teacher.
Now in retirement, I finally have time to polish up and publish works that have been accumulating in the filing cabinet for decades. Cheers!

The writing is very straightforward in a way that really works for the subject matter. It's a dark story that gets the job done.
