I firmly believe it's never too late to make your dreams a reality.
I worked at Eastman Kodak in Motion Picture film for over twenty years before the company started to downgrade. I was a teacher in Health and Physical Education for a few years and since then I have been working in a school district in transportation where I use software to solve the puzzle of getting 5600 students to many different schools as well as train new bus drivers.
I have always been a writer. Since high school, I have written songs, novels, short stories, and journals. I have recently self-published my first nonfiction book titled Journaling Through a Breakup. With my singing partner, we produced our first CD of original songs titled Almost There. And then there's the Whispers series, a cozy paranormal/mystery which has three books so far.
I continue with my education, taking courses in marketing and writing, participating in a local writers group and attending writer’s conferences when I can. I have a Bachelor’s of Science and a Master’s in Education with an emphasis on technology in education.
I have two geriatric dogs, a boxer and a Min Pin. I enjoy being active outdoors in all seasons and partake in many different activities from kayaking, long distance biking (one-hundred mile bike rides in a day) to gardening. I also love movies—most genres, but especially fantasy and science fiction.
Most of all I love to write.
And some days you might see me driving a big, yellow school bus.

Absolutely marvelous story with attention to all the fine details, which make the reader become absolved into the story. So saddening that it doesn't have more reviews.
